The creator of Career Frames is Mary Schumacher, a researcher, writer, and business coach. She is the owner of Solaris Research Services LLC (a business research and writing firm) and co-owner of Solaris Management (a consulting, training, and coaching firm).
Mary has about 20 years of management and writing experience with associations, government agencies, and businesses, including international work and study. She has an MBA, a Masters in Public Affairs, and undergraduate degrees in political science and history. She is also the author of numerous articles on careers and work trends, entrepreneurship, and international culture topics.
